Sebaliknay, penyimpanan file dengan sistem yang benar akan sangat membantu lancarnya pekerjaan, efektifitas waktu dan efisiensi tenaga.
Aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam sebuah sistem informasi adalah keamanan yang menjamin didalamnya. Akan tetapi hal ini justru kurang mendapat perhatian dari pengelola maupun pemilik sistem informasi. Sebagai contoh, tanpa disadari dalam mengambil keputusan yang sampai mengganggu performansi dari sistem, seringkali keamanan tidak diperhatikan.


Perusahaan yang terus berkembang, tentu diikuti dengan perkembangan sumberdaya manusianya. Pelatihan adalah salah satu cara mengembangkan sumberdaya manusia sebagai bagian dari aset perusahaan.
