This three-day course is designed to assist asset integrity managers with achieving maximum production capacity at the lowest life cycle cost while maintaining the long term integrity of their assets. The course will present techniques designed to improve the effectiveness of asset management and integrity activities to ensure that physical assets perform their required functions, operate reliably and thereby support corporate goals and objectives. The session will also focus on new methods and techniques and participants will gain an understanding of best practices for the most critical aspects of asset integrity management.
This Course is composed of two parts. The first part covers the theory includingfundamentals concepts of finite element,manual design calculations of Pipe Stress Analysis with anemphasis on piping systems. The second part focuses on the practical application ofpiping stress analysis using computer programs “CAESAR II Demo version” to build piping systemmodels and interpret the output.The course will be conducted using the hands-on methode where participant will operate the software directly to do the exercises. The Piping Engineer who has gone through the Advance Pipe Stress Analysis Course can work independently in areas of design, layout, analysis, construction, operation in field like refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical Industry.

The Permit To Work system is essential for controlling certain types of work that are potentially hazardous. The permit specifies the work to be done, limitations, hazard identification, the precautions to be taken, protective equipment, authorisation etc . Permit To Work (PTW) forms are issued for different activities, i.e. Entry into Confined Spaces, Working at Height, Hot Works etc. The issuing of a permit should be strictly controlled and should only be issued by competent authorised personnel, the permit must also meet the legal organisational requirements. This training course will guide you through the relevant health and safety regulations and provide a practical experience of completing a permit to work form. This module works through the principles behind the Permit to Work system, providing examples of different types of permits and working through some of the general rules to be observed.
