Deskripsi PELATIHAN SISTEM KECEPATAN VARIABLE SPEED :

PELATIHAN SISTEM KECEPATAN VARIABLE SPEEDPumps, fans, blowers and compressors consume as much as 65% of this total. A large proportion of these applications are powered by fixed or constant speed drivers whose load demands often fluctuate. This poor match of speed and demand results in considerable wasted energy and significantly increased wear of system components. Variable speed drive technology is a cost effective method to match driver speed to load demands and is an excellent opportunity to reduce operating costs and improve overall efficiencies in your application.

This course gives you a fundamental understanding of the installation, operation and troubleshooting of variable speed drives. You will learn the basic setup of parameters, control wiring and safety precautions in installing a VSD. The various drive features such as operating modes, braking types, automatic restart and many others will be discussed in detail. You will learn the four basic requirements for a VSD to function properly with emphasis on typical controller faults, their causes and how they can be repaired.

The concluding section of the course gives you the fundamental tools in troubleshooting VSD confidently and effectively. Even though the focus of the course is on the direct application of this technology, you will also gain a thorough understanding of the problems that can be introduced by VSD such as harmonics, electrostatic discharge and EMC/EMI problems.

Untuk mendapatkan tenaga teknis yang kompeten, perlu adanya pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang prosedur, aspek yang fundamental dan teknis yang terkait dengan operasi dan pemeliharaan pompa.

Bagaimana mengoperasikan yang tepat, cara merawat dan memperbaikinya merupakan pengetahuan yang harus dikuasai oleh teknisi yang bekerja dengan pompa. It is also necessary to have a detailed understanding of how these devices should be installed, the local substation and system ratings, and how the various breakers operate, in order to enable accurate troubleshooting and subsequent repair. Safe Operation & Maintenance of Circuit Breakers and Switchgear will equip participants with new or refreshed skills to ensure that circuit breakers and switchgear are installed, operated safely and maintained in a fashion that ensures safe and stable operation. PELATIHAN OPERASI AMAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN SWITCHGEARSwitchgear (and circuit breakers) are obviously critical components in electrical distribution systems and their operation significantly affects the overall operation of the system. The workshop will discuss application, installation, maintenance and testing issues relating to medium and high voltage switchgear and circuit breakers. There will also be a coverage of low voltage switchgear. You will receive a thorough grounding in switchgear theory and standards. You will gain a solid understanding of the issues associated with the proper application, installation and maintenance of these critical items of equipment with an overriding emphasis on safety.

This comprehensive and practical workshop emphasises medium voltage switchgear which represents most of the switchgear installed on electrical distribution systems. The focus here is on air blast, oil, SF6 and vacuum circuit breakers. Case studies covering the main manufacturer’s equipment will illustrate the important practical principles. Other power system protection components will be discussed as well to ensure that switchgear is understood in the correct context.

Pengoperasian medium voltage switchgear, dan testing adalah masalah yang berkaitan dengan listrik, dan voltage circuit breakers type high, medium, dan juga akan ada cakupan switchgear tegangan rendah (low voltage switchgear). Pelatihan ini akan memberikan landasan menyeluruh dalam teori switchgear dan standard-nya.
