DESKRISI


Sistem Instrumentasi berfungsi untuk mengendalikan operasi seluruh peralatan yang terdapat di anjungan pengeboran minyak. Jumlah alat instrument (seperti control valve, transmitter, gauge, switch, detector, analyzer, indicator dll) yang mencapai ribuan memerlukan sebuah sistem database untuk menyimpan seluruh informasi spesifikasi peralatan guna optimalisasi design, manajemen penyediaan, pengoperasian, perawatan alat, dll. Training Instrumentation for Oil & Gas membahas prinsip-prinsip perancangan sistem instrumentasi dalam bidang industri oil&gas. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti training peserta mampu melakukan perancangan sistem instrumentasi sebuah pengeboran minyak/faslitas oil&gas dengan menggunakan software INTOOLS serta mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas Yunior Instrument Engineer di sebuah proyek desain pengeboran minyak. instrumentation for oil and gas instrumentation for oil and gas.

Course Overview:
This course is prepared in 2 phases where first phase will explain regarding project financial understanding when valuing oil and gas assets. Executing a petroleum related project such as field development, evaluate various investment opportunities by determining economic indicators and sensitivity analysis. Understanding techniques for predicting profit, production, costs, and cash flow for optimum results. Familiar with economic indicators, risk and uncertainty, Gain knowledge on different economic structures such as tax regimes and production sharing contracts.
This 1st phase course is also designed to give a better understanding of Reserves and Resource Definitions and Guidelines for Classifications. Various aspects of the evaluation of hydrocarbon reserves as well as learn how to use reserves reports and studies.
2nd phase of course will explain regarding to manage a complex and risk-laden project successfully you may need a comprehensive and effective management tool. This course will give you the latest concepts, methods and practices used by progressive companies worldwide to manage projects to achieve technical and financial success.

The content of this course phase is based on a structured gate approach to develop a business case, project scope definition and execution planning for successfully result in developing complex projects. The course participants will use Front End Loading (FEL) methods to apply the project management techniques discussed in the course.

The course of whole project from beginning to end will take time for 5 days as follow: 2.5 (two and half) days for Project Economic and 2.5 (two and half) days for Project Management.

THE COURSE INTRODUCTION
Applied Earned Value Management emphasizes the processes related to the Performance Management Baseline (PMB), the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), the American National Standards Institute/Electronic Industries Alliance Standard 748 (ANSI/ EIA-748) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) for Practice Standard for Earned Value Management (EVM) systems. You’ll gain hands-on knowledge of the EVM process and EVM metrics, including Estimates at Completion (EAC), as well as an overview of the EVM process from project development to execution.

You’ll learn to use tools for managing data associated with EVM as they apply to project management in the cost & schedule contract environment. You’ll also learn EVM skills through hands-on exercises and a multi-part case study that takes you from EVM project baseline formation at the beginning of the project through the challenges of ongoing assessments and reassessments of cost, schedule and performance to the project changes. You’ll end the course with an understanding of project surveillance.

COURSE REMINDER
This course is designed for those who will be required to calculate and interpret the EVM data generated in capital projects. The course has been designed for project members of integrated EPC project teams and for other personnel dealing with EVM on project commitment. While the course is based on the Industry standard use of EVM for project capital asset investments, other Company’s personnel i.e. : Corporate Planning, Finance & Commercial and Contracting personnel will find they can readily apply the principles taught here to commercial capital asset investments as well.
