HSE Auditing is one of the best systematic measurement and management tools to evaluate and improve HSE Performance of company /industry activities as well as to prevent and reduce losses such as occupational diseases, personal injury, property damage, fire, process disruption, environmental damage/ pollution, etc., by comparing between HSE Program Implementation and established HSE Standards/Laws /Regulations/ Best Practices.
Tujuan PELATIHAN KESEHATAN KERJA, KESELAMATAN DAN LINGKUNGAN (HSE) :
* Know and understand HSE Standards/ Laws/ Regulations/ Best Practices both National (Government of Indonesia or GOI) and International.
* Know, understand and implement Principles of Loss Control Management as well as HSE Auditing Process and Procedures, so that he/ she will become both a HSE Internal Auditor and HSE Audited
* Develop Internal and External HES Auditing
* Identify problems of HSE Program Implementation and suggest solutions/ recommendations include action plans

Historically, industrial pulp and paper production was a semi – automatic process which required a great deal of manual intervention and there are some types of exposures to potential health and safety hazards such as physical, chemical and biological hazards which may be expected in each process area and these hazards will affect to employees from other areas may also occur depending on weather conditions, proximity to sources of exposure, and whether they work in more than one process area ( e.g. , quality control, general labour pool and maintenance personnel ).
Rekam Medis merupakan dokumen penting dan rahasia di rumah sakit yang berisi catatan dan dokumen antara lain identitas pasien, hasil pemeriksaan, pengobatan yang telah diberikan, serta tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Catatan merupakan tulisan-tulisan yang dibuat oleh dokter mengenai tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan kepada pasien dalam rangka palayanan kesehatan. Catatan-catatan tersebut sangat penting untuk pelayanan bagi pasien karena dengan data yang lengkap dapat memberikan informasi dalam menentukan keputusan baik pengobatan, penanganan, tindakan medis dan lainnya. Para dokter diwajibkan membuat Rekam Medis sesuai aturan yang berlaku.
