Tujuan PELATIHAN FASILITAS PERMUKAAN PRODUKSI

Bagi industri perminyakan, Production Sharing Contract (PSC) telah banyak dijadikan pedoman dalam skema pengelolaan sumber daya minyak dan gas (migas) dengan kesepakatan bagi hasil produksi, antara pemilik sumber daya dan investor. Pada umumnya, PSC memang diterapkan untuk industri Minyak dan Gas. Adapun manajemen dan pelaksanaannya berada di bawah pemerintah. Kontraktor harus menyerahkan WP & B, POD dan AFE untuk disetujui oleh BP Migas.
This course is designed to help participants to get a comprehensive understanding regarding cost recovery and other financial aspects of Indonesia PSC to ensure that the company expenditures will be calculated thoroughly and cost recovered properly. Detailed of Cost Recovery calculation and single item of expenditures that allowed to cost recovered will be discussed intensively including how to avoid potentials of un-recovered cost items.
The course presents the safety systems for production in oil and gas. The course covers the related standard such as API 500 series and API RC 14 C and their related standards. The course starts with the understanding of hazard and risk. The related philosophies and principles are then discussed. The protection concepts of apparatus and their codes are then presented. It then followed by the subsurface safety concepts, design and analysis. The course then presents the safety valve devices and the related specification break analysis.
Production increase in maintenance could reduce downtime. Reduction down time automaticaly increase up time. Uptime used by operation to operation and maximaze production. This course will lead participants how to develop plan for uptime and operation effectiveness.

Autodesk Inventor adalah salah satu dari produk Autodesk Corp. yang diperuntukkan untuk engineering design and drawing. Autodesk Inventor merupakan pengembangan dari produk-produk CAD setelah AutoCAD dan Autodesk Mechanical Desktop yang memiliki beberapa kelebihan dalam design serta tampilan yang lebih menarik dan real, karena fasilitas material yang disediakan.
Kemampuan bernegosiasi dan memahami kontrak merupakan hal penting yang harus dikuasai setiap pihak yang terlibat dalam proses procurement. Keterbatasan skill team procurement dan komite pembelian saat melakukan negosiasi dan kontrak review dengan Supplier/Vendor/Kontraktor membuat proses negosiasi berjalan tidak seimbang.
