PELATIHAN PENILAIAN KINERJA BERDASARKAN BALANCED SCORECARD (BSC)Performance measurement is necessary to evaluate whether the company’s strategy has been executed well through its programs ‘Cascasding down’ from the strategic level down to the operational level. Balanced scorecard is one of many methods used to synchronize the programs and activities of the company with the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, and monitor organization performance. In principle, the Balanced Scorecard is a concept which is the translation of the strategy and objectives of the company in the long term, which is then measured and monitored on an ongoing basis.

Balanced Score Card method provides a method of performance measurement that combines traditional measurement using financial parameters to the measurement of non-financial balanced manner, using four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer, internal business process, and learning & growth. This training will discuss the steps to performance measurement
based on the principle of Balanced Scorecard, the difficulties and advantages as well as best practice case studies from companies that have been applying the BSC.
